Our story
S.E.R.I.T. S.r.l. was created in 1996 by Engineer Massimo De Santis, a man of great experience in the field of Plant Engineering who was able to build a solid business reality. The years following the moment he decides to start his own business are arduous but at the same time exciting and rich in challenges. These are laborious and exhausting years, during which the boundaries between professional and personal life become progressively thinner, up to almost disappearing.
Professionalism, sense of duty, the strong belief in the validity of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems are the foundations of De Santi Senior life-work. He indeed remains a fundamental figure for T.I.R.E.S. and its team. His “Know How” continues to be a source of inspiration and knowledge for new generations.
In 2017 S.E.R.I.T. changes name into T.I.R.E.S., and in 2021 De Santis senior’s son, Engineer Fabio De Santis, already Technical Director, takes his place in the leadership of the company as Legal Representative, Sole Director and majority shareholder.
De Santis Junior has a long, around 20-year long experience derived from the management of technical and technological processes of the company, the coordination of the activities of the technical office and the supervision and monitoring of tender procedures in quality of Project Manager.
